Booking and paying for your holiday

The procedure is very simple:

  1. Decide which holiday interests you: our Holiday Calendar page displays a list of the holidays we offer up to summer 2015 with scheduled dates and prices. You will find out more about the individual holidays by clicking on the links there, or go to our Holidays page for detailed descriptions.
  2. Once you have selected your holiday, either call us to leave a phone message letting us know how you would like us to contact you (phone or email); alternatively proceed to our Contact page filling in your details and, again, how you would like us to contact you.
  3. We will reply as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). If the holiday that you have chosen is fully booked, we may propose alternative dates or an alternative holiday. Otherwise you will receive email confirmation of the availability of your selected holiday and an invitation to make a confirmed booking.
  4. On receipt of your booking, we will send you more information and an invoice requesting you to pay a deposit of 20% of the cost of your holiday if more than 30 days before the holiday check-in date, or the full amount if within 30 days of the check-in date. You have the option, of course, of paying the full amount (deposit and balance) at one time, even if you have more than 30 days before the start of your holiday. This invoice will also provide details of your payment options, which are as follows:
  5. • a personal cheque in £ sterling (only if you have a UK bank account) or a bank draft
    • a direct bank transfer or BACS in £ sterling or € euros to our account
    • secure online payment with a credit/debit card using Sage Pay, a secure online payment credit card paymentsfacility (no Sage Pay account needed)
We will hold your booking for up to 7 days to allow time to receive your payment.

  6. We will keep in communication with you until your departure date, providing details of your accommodation and pick ups from airport or train station, and answering any questions you have regarding your holiday.

Amending your booking

If you don’t want the whole package, or you want to sign up for more activities, just let us know and we can work something out.
If you inform us 6 weeks or more in advance that you wish to change the dates of your holiday or choose a different holiday or accommodation option, we will be happy to arrange that for you, subject to availability.
If your request comes to us within 6 weeks of your holiday start date, we will do our best to change your booking for an administration charge of £30 per person plus any cancellation charges that we may have incurred on your behalf. If it is impossible to make a new booking to your satisfaction, your holiday will be cancelled, in which case cancellation charges will apply, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We therefore strongly urge you to insure yourself against this risk.
In any case we recommend anybody taking one of our holidays (or any other holiday) to be fully insured, and we advise all our customers to review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a scheduled holiday up until 60 days before its scheduled pts-logostart date in the event of unforeseen circumstances or of insufficient numbers participating, in which case all your money will be refunded immediately. This is a very rare occurrence.
Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details of our obligations and responsibilities to you.
